How it Works

1. Register until 05.03.2010 at

www.medtech.meetingpoint-europa.eu/

2. Until 12.03.2010

a. browse the online catalogue and identify interesting partners

b. request your individual meetings

c. confirm or decline meetings requested by other organisations

3. Receive your personalised meeting schedule shortly before the event

4. Carry out the meetings lasting 30 minutes according to your meeting schedule at the Region Stuttgart Lounge.

The online catalogue and requested/confirmed meetings can be found under your personal log-in on www.medtech.meetingpoint-europa.eu/.

Language

The working language is English.

Costs

Participation at the Meetingpoint is free of charge. Entrance to MEDTEC Europe is also free of charge; however you must register in advance. Online registration is required for both.

Representation and Cancellation

Registered organisations can send different persons as representatives for different partner search profiles / meeting sessions. Substitutes may attend on your behalf; however we request that cancellations and changes be made in writing.
